\n\"I've had the dual study programme on my radar for a long time, as I think it prepares me extremely well for a career. This is also shown by the above-average placement rate of dual study programmes.\nHere in Saxony, we had the Berufsakademie, which has now become the Duale Hochschule Sachsen.\nWith Til, we at Scheidt are finally starting the 'dual study programme' chapter. The distance to the Cooperative State University in Bautzen is still acceptable and I think that his degree programme will simply give him the best of both worlds - university and company, theory and practice.\nWe are very pleased to have Til in our team.
