From IT security incident to successful pentest: the joint path of Scheidt and SySS
At the end of October 2024, Scheidt GmbH & Co. KG fell victim to a hacker attack and had to rebuild its entire systems. SySS GmbH supported Scheidt from the outset, first with incident response and then with advice on reconstruction. Finally, in February 2025, SySS was able to confirm Scheidt's good security level in a major pentest.
