SCHEIDT Concrete drip pans

An intact environment is our greatest asset.

This is why we manufacture prefabricated sumps/transformer foundations that are designed to collect water-polluting liquids escaping from a plant. Tight and resistant to the substances stored or to be retained, the Scheidt concrete drip tray fulfils the technical regulations for handling substances hazardous to water, e.g. TRwS 786, DAfStB-RL BUmwS.

Sump trays (foundation tray) for transformers | LAU/HBV systems

Designed as a modular system for different system sizes/collection volumes, the drip tray can be customised to meet your individual requirements. The series offer a wide range of possible combinations.

The equipment is comprehensive: concrete or grating cover with access hatch, earthing bushings, closed HRD sealing kits and DN 125 stainless steel tray connectors. We are also happy to take care of transformer rails, roofing and other installations and superstructures for you.

Sump trays according to TRwS 786 with DIBt approval

Our sump tray system has a general building authority approval from the DIBt, which generally covers the water law suitability assessment (according to §63 WHG) and thus significantly shortens the processing time in the building authority approval procedure.
