Non-walk-in stations, element construction
Right in your element.
With the SCHEIDT SYSTEM NEK, we offer a non-walk-in reinforced concrete building in element construction with a basement. The benefits are obvious, as you can use your manufactured station in numerous ways. In addition, the construction is inexpensive and the space required is small. In addition, the element construction of the transformer station allows the adaptation of the wall height to different transformer sizes and thus matching with the bending radii of the cables.

Stations for energy supply, pump stations, gas control stations, converter and transfer stations for railroad operations, buildings for the accommodation of control and signaling systems
Construction and execution
Reinforced concrete elements: Compressive strength class C35/45
Element construction without working joint (production in a cast/bell casting process)
Roof
Hipped or pent roof-like 100-130 mm-thick reinforced concrete slab, bolted to the building from the inside
Walls
Single elements made of C 35 reinforced concrete
With concrete intermediate floor, protective welding to static specifications
Intermediate floor
16 cm-thick reinforced concrete
Cable basement
Monolithic, produced without a joint in one working process
Maximum oil resistance without additional coating
Construction prevents seepage and adhesive water penetration
Frost-proof grounding

A range of door and ventilation grate sizes
Provided natural ventilation, if necessary: Forced ventilation (wall/roof fan)
Oil collecting surface additionally with oil-resistant paint
Sealing of the basin with WHG-approved system
Sealing systems from various certified manufacturers (for the feedthrough of cables and pipes)
