Wahlsburg flood station
Request:
A SCHEIDT SYSTEM NZ was produced off-site, a high separate basement was poured for the station and a new structural analysis was calculated for buoyancy safety. Despite the height of the station (based on customer specifications/flood level), the transport was carried out in one piece.
A flood-proof concrete transformer station whose internal components are protected even in the event of rising or pressurised water.
Special paint job Marine Den Helder
Request:
SCHEIDT produced a station that can withstand even the most difficult weather conditions and, thanks to its special design, can withstand the special loads.
Kinon Aachen fire protection station
Requirement:
Due to their size and height, the transformers could not be placed on the raised floor - which is why this was omitted and they were installed in the basement. SCHEIDT sold the first station with the first ever outdoor fire door.
Bad Oeynhausen municipal utilities
Requirement:
Ensuring consistent, good water quality for the city's residents with around 13,800 house connections to the mains network. In demand: buildings for use as pressure boosting systems, pumping stations, filter and well systems.
- Water treatment system for 30 m³/h
- Water treatment system for 100 m³/h with separate control room
- Pumping station up to 160 m³/h incl. emergency power generator room
Everything done right with SCHEIDT! The measurement results to the north and south of the Werre document that the limit values for drinking water, which flows through more than 430 kilometres of underground supply pipes, have not been exceeded.
"Auf der Nemphe" in Frankenberg
- Walk-in transformer station without basement
- Arc fault proof
- with attractive wood panelling for seamless integration into the cityscape
- Roof area as a "recreational area" for city visitors
- Only the expert can see that a transformer station is hidden there
Further application examples in practice
- Delivery of a 500 and 1000 kW station for two roof systems in Laimering (Bavaria), 1064.9 kWp FV output.
- Delivery of an FV system for a hall roof in Tödtenried (Bavaria) with a total FV output of 494.9 kWp.
- Halle-Leipzig: Production and delivery of 380 cable ducts within 4 months.
- Container Terminal Bremerhaven: Cable ducts for the electrical and data supply as well as energy supply points for refrigerated containers.
Photovoltaic park in Great Britain
Requirement:
To complete a photovoltaic park, the task was to develop and plan walk-in 1 and 2-room stations with the customer, including taking over the entire logistics and completion on site. Authorised station width: max. 2.50 m!
- 1-room BEK, in which the transformer/inverter/switchgear are housed in a tested system in just one room (unique to date)
- 2-room BEK as a building combination: Each station is always used if either the components are too large for one room or if they are not authorised due to the size of the building
- Ensuring the correct assembly into a combination through the support of SCHEIDT specialist teams
NEK, equipped with 4.5 MVA transformer!
Requirement:
- SCHEIDT SYSTEM NEK with 3 m width and 5 m length (low overall height), equipped with a 4.5 MVA transformer and switchgear
- Reinforcement of the intermediate floor basement/station top section with special reinforcement and tested design to absorb the load-bearing capacity
Transfer station for industrial use
Requirement:
Ensuring the transfer of energy from the power supply network to the consumer in compliance with special requirements. The special machines in use generate an overvoltage that must not enter the grid. It must also be ensured that the reactive power caused by electric motors is compensated.
- SCHEIDT SYSTEM BEK 300-630
- Integrated MS billing measurement for direct billing with the supplier
- Built-in special transformer 630 kVA
- NSH distribution with 2 additional billing measurements for internal use
- Equipped with compensation and mains filter systems
- Customised design: with the option of subsequent connection to a wind farm
