- Aluminium downpipe with free outlet in natural anodised finish
- Textured coating of the façade with a standard RAL colour
- Coating of the spray protection edge and the roof attic with a standard RAL colour
- Interior wall surfaces and underside of roof whitewashed with a wash-resistant binder coating

- Coating of the roof and the splash guard edge with a standard RAL colour
- Textured coating of the façade in a standard RAL colour
- Interior wall surface whitewashed with a wash-resistant binder coating

- Cassette roof with moisture penetration protection of the roof surface, with several roof elements the butt joints are additionally provided with a weather-resistant sealant
- Aluminium downpipe with free outlet in natural anodised finish
- Textured coating of the façade with a standard RAL colour
- Coating of the spray protection edge and the roof attic with a standard RAL colour
- Interior wall surfaces and underside of roof welded with a wash-resistant binder coating
