Dual study programme at Scheidt - optimally combining theory and practice
Insights from Til Kühnel, dual student in the 2nd semester of electrical engineering specialising in electrical power engineering at the Cooperative State University in Bautzen and at Scheidt in Hoyerswerda.
"I alternate between spending several weeks at the university and then back at the site in Hoyerswerda. This allows me to apply and deepen my theoretical knowledge directly in practice. During my time so far, I've already been able to gain a lot of experience in production - particularly in terms of the technology used and production and assembly processes.
